Favorite memory as a coach: It's really hard for me to choose just one favorite memory because there have been so many special moments in my 25 year career of coaching multiple sports. The winning moments are great, but the memories that stand out the most are the relationships built with the athletes, coaches and anyone who was part of that program. Watching the athletes grow in confidence, overcome challenges and accomplish things they didn't think they could. Those are my favorite memories I'll keep long after the games are over.
